A major bug was discovered recently by Cuberoster and with the help of Harry97, I've updated every single roster for NCAA Football on PS2 (06/11) and PSP (07/10) to version 3.0. This bug fixes skill ratings and attributes for the entire roster. I also fixed a bug when starting a new dynasty in PS2 and FAU/FIU not having any rosters. In addition, I've updated the PS3 Porting tool with the new conversion table and formulas, and updated the demo dynasties in the Conference Realignment mod. Well, it's been brought to my attention that there were some really low strength and awareness ratings on many players in the NCAA Football rosters. I reviewed the comments and definitely agree with the commenter(s)... but then I went deeper and discovered that basically every attribute skill rating needs tweaking. Basically, I did not do a thorough enough job of reviewing all the ratings and how they are calculated. I made an assumption that the rating was a number (68) added to the value in the raw database to get you the rating, which is fairly accurate for the last 15 or so upper ratings, but below say 84, the ratings do not follow that formula. It's a weird formula after that that's not simple but affects player ratings quite a bit. Anyway, I think I have the thing nailed down now, and I created a lookup table of every rating 0-100 and what the database value should be. I'm still trying to see if the game will accept this new value or not, as I'm having issues ...

The PS2 conference realignment mod is now completed and seems to work pretty smoothly, even on my SCHP-75001 slim console and PSP Go as well as emulators I've tried! Hooray! The file is available in the Downloads section under PSP or PS2. Please read the README file for information on installing it. There is also two already created save files that start you as the University of Washington Huskies. You can read the instructions on how to modify the team you want to start with. This mod should be able to be used on already existing dynasties as long as you do it in the offseason AND BACKUP YOUR SAVES!

My recent "final" version of the Rosters and Franchises for 2015-2016 season had a major bug in it. Apparently, you can not change the Team Initials or it'll crash! While debugging the issue, I discovered how to change the in-gameplay intro city name from St Louis to Los Angeles though! So that's now fixed for Franchise mode. The regular rosters can't be updated though because of what databases are available in that save. I released a 2015-16 season update for Madden 08 on Playstation 2 now. It also includes an updated Roster and an updated Franchise save. The franchise save includes everything the PSP versions have such as updated rosters, adjusted salaries, updated coaching staffs, playbooks, draft trades, real 2015 schedules, relocation of St Louis to Los Angeles, and more! Action Replay MAX files are available in the download section. If you need to use it in a different format, I recommend using PS2 Save Builder to convert the roster or extract the save file out!

The Playstation 2 version of Madden is getting my 2015 season update now! I have created a new roster and franchise save for Madden NFL 12 on Playstation 2. Go into the Team Management screen to choose what team you want to be. I found this works best for the first season - the CPU doesn't seem to want to do in-season transactions even if it really really needs to and this screws everything up - but you can reset the cpu controlled teams after the first season in the offseason if you wish. I added my final franchise roster updates for the 2015-16 NFL season for Madden NFL 08 and 12 for PSP. This has a few ratings fixes, and player changes. It also restructures the salaries. I used a simple math formula to determine that present day value and 2007-era salary values differ by approximately 25%. I basically, took 75% of today's salaries and made them the in-game roster salaries. I also reverted the 2016 salary cap number to the 2007 salary cap number of $109 million. This should tidy things up in Years 2 through forever in your Franchises, while still keeping player salaries relatively similar to what it is today. Find the files in the Download section above!

I've created a port of the 2015 rosters for NCAA Football 11 for PS2. They are now available in the File Download section. And I've created a quick demo video of the roster in action. Ignore my crappy gaming. I wasn't really trying too hard and just testing the roster. :)

Here's a sneak peek at Super Bowl 50 with the Carolina Panthers taking on the Denver Broncos in Santa Clara. This video was recorded using Madden 08 PSP with the 2015 roster updates found here! Who'll win this match? Well, according to Madden, the Panthers did not have a very good start. Maybe they'll turn it around in the 2nd quarter. Peyton's probably glad it's not him on the wrong end of the stick this time.

Both Madden 08 and Madden 12 Franchise saves have been updated today with some minor bug fixes to the roster and a physical move of the Los Angeles Rams from St Louis. The previous franchise rosters available had only changed the team name from "St Louis" to "Los Angeles" but this new update actually moves them to LA within the database so that the city's demographics and city data will actually play a role in free agency and other things. In addition to this update, the team salaries were recalculated for every team again. There was a big discrepancy in reported team salary and actual team salaries for some reason. In addition, I updated the Salary Cap number to reflect this new change and also raised the league minimum for veterans and restricted free angents to be more accurate to real life. Conversion tool version 0.25 is now released! This is a bit more automated, so please read the README for information on how to use it. Modifying PS3 to PS2 and PSP is pretty intensive because there are a good 50% or more attributes in the PS3/360 generation games versus the previous generation, some attributes are called different things, and the way they are adjusted is totally different. On top of that, you can't determine player names or the school they are associated with without a conversion tool. I am working on an Excel Workbook tool to help ease the pain.
